Abalone

Australian wild abalone is one of the world’s most sought after seafood delicacies.  Hand-harvested from the cool, unpolluted waters off Australia’s southern coastline, our abalone is extremely popular in Asia, where for a long time, it has been traditionally linked to several health benefits and been known as a delicacy of choice for royalty.
